The 3 Effective Things To Do To Feel Better

Hope you are feeling safe and healthy (physically and mentally) during this Covid-19 outbreak.

First and foremost, please let me remind you that so far, you have absolutely been doing your best and I appreciate you. I would like to believe that everything is going to be better. I am a strong believer of “Thinking positive leads to feeling positive and thus, attracting positive in our lives”. Now, talking about the positive approach, this article is going to reveal “The 3 basic and effective things to do to feel much better during this pandemic.”

So, first of all, if I have to guess about how you have been feeling since the pandemic started, I’d probably say; worried, stressed, uncertain, overwhelmed, frustrated, restless and the list can go on and on…

If you, at some point, feel like some of the feelings above, please remember, a lot of people (if not everyone) have at some point during this pandemic experienced some of them or even all of them. So, people around you have most likely been feeling just like you do.

But wait, you might now think a little and ask me that:

“Hey, am I supposed to feel any better just because many people feel just like how I feel? ”

The answer is: No. You definitely are not. And you have got all the rights to be feeling so. I do understand you and I feel great because I am about to provide you 3 basic and effective things for you to feel better during these hurtful times!

Ready, set, go!

You know what, there are different, totally doable, effective ways to make you feel better during these uncertain times of the pandemic. (I can hear you saying: Yaaaayyy!! Please tell me! ) (In this article, I will tell you about just the 3 of them and I also will go on writing another article about the rest of them)

Great! One thing before we start mentioning these tips, I need to tell you that these 3 tips are intented to be for individuals (not necessarily for families, or a group of people because the Dynamics for these will be different).

You: Hey, wait, if I have a family, do I not read it?

Me: You definitely should read this anyhow. The point here is that, this article will focus on feeling better as an individual during this pandemic. In another article, I intend to write about people living with someone or some people.

Alright! Let’s dive into our tips.

 

3 Basic and Effective Tips

Get Some “GOOD Sleep”

Sounds like too good to be true? Yes, luckily, we can sleep so well and feel great afterwards. Why? Because our bodies do need to sleep well.

You: But, wait, what do you mean by, “GOOD sleep”? Can you define it for me?

Me: Sure, I was about to talk about it. Actually, let me write another article just dedicated to everything about sleeping. But for now, I would like to give you a quick summary about what “GOOD sleep” means in this case.

First of all, You need to have a “Sleep Schedule”,meaning you need to set a specific time(not so strict but as strict as possible) for when you go to bed and when you wake up.  The most important point here is that even when you’ve got so much free time and you are at home (please remember the lockdowns that we had been experiencing), your body still needs to sleep in a regular timing.

The second point is that, in order to boost your immune system, which is extremely important for not only during this pandemic time but also for anytime, your body needs enough and quality sleep (I am going to talk about all of these terms on my next article). Then, tell me, what could be better than feeling so much better after a good night sleep?

Great! Let’s jump to the SECOND tip:

 

Eat for Staying Alive! 

You know what, what you eat and how you eat it are very related with you feeling better. When you are conscious and of course happy about your meal plan, you will feel way better! Yaay!!

You: So, what to do?

Me: Well, if you consume healthy, nutritious food( For example; fruits and vegetables( not only these, you need to have a healthy, balanced diet), then you will soon start to feel absolutely better!

!!!So important!!!— Junk food, anyone? NO! Please do not. Your body does not need junk food.

To wrap up, following a diet that consists of quality food and making it as well balanced as we can mean that we are ready to feel better!

Move Your Bodies!

Literally moving your bodies, even with the most beginner level exercises.

You: I just do not like exercising. Why do I have to do it for feeling better?

Me: Thank you for this question. Because when we do regular exercise, it will get us feel better! I know, when you start exercising, it might feel so hurtful and uncomfortable but when you try to do it as regular as you can, you will see how much better you will feel! Trust me, everyone is supposed to feel great after having the exercise as a habit.

You: Alright, I’ll try… What if I cannot go to the GYM at the moment because of the pandemic, what do I do?

Me: Another great question, thank you! You can do it at home or outside! Exercise can include any kind of movement. If you feel like, you can dance at home and/or you can go online to check out what exercises are out there for you! Apart from exercising at home, you can also go outside and have a great walk!
