Please read our terms and conditions carefully and feel free to reach us with any question you might have before using our services. Please keep in mind that after you make a purchase, the moment you start to use DİLGEM’s products and services, you will be bound by our terms and conditions stated on this page. By booking a seminar, therapy session or by ordering a product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by the terms of service as set out below.

CONSULTATION CONTENTS AND CONDITIONS

The client can ask for a free pre-screening before booking a consultation session. One session lasts 45 minutes. If the client has a doctor’s report or a valid excuse, the time of the session can be postponed to another date. However, even if the client has a valid excuse the session can only be postponed once. DiLGEM keeps the right to postpone the session, change the therapist and refer the client to another institution under special and forcing circumstances. The client cannot hand over their rights or session to a third party nor can they postpone a session more than 15 days, even with valid excuses. In situations in which a client cannot continue the sessions due to any reason, the client cannot ask for a reimbursement for the sessions. If the client has valid and proper documentation to support the excuse, they can postpone a session in accordance with the conditions above.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

When you submit your credit card, account number, and other sensitive information to DiLGEM, rest assured that the transaction is secure. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), one of the most robust encryption platforms available. SSL technology works with all different web browsers and encrypts your private information from the moment you enter them until your transaction is processed. Your personal information will not be saved on a public server, thus safeguarding your personal information and guaranteeing privacy.

If you still feel unsure about sending your information via the internet, you can always send your payment via wire transfer.

HANDLING YOUR ORDER

Before we send your order or approve of your booking a place in a seminar we need to receive the payment for your purchase.

Every effort is made to handle your order in a timely manner. Our goal is to ship within 1-3 working days. Depending on the delivery address you provide, the shipment may take up to 30 days. In an event in which an extraordinary situation takes place and your order is late, you will be informed of the developments. If your order is late for more than 10 days, you can ask us for a replacement or refund.

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

Duties and taxes may NOT be included in the shipping cost. Some countries impose additional duties and taxes when packages cross their borders. Please check your local laws, as any additional charges (duties/taxes) may be due upon delivery of your package. DiLGEM is not responsible for any additional charges. If you want a third party to receive your order, it is NOT DiLGEM’s responsibility to ensure they accept your package.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.

BACKORDERED ITEMS

If an item you want is not in stock when your order is received, you will be informed immediately. On such an occasion we will do thorough market research to meet your needs as soon as possible. If the product can no longer be obtained, please rest assured that you will be fully refunded.

DISCOUNTS

We offer you many ways to save money. To learn which materials and seminars are at a discount, you can check our website, social media platforms or directly contact us.

SEMINAR CANCELLATIONS

We require you to complete your transaction before you can access our seminars and trainings. You can watch recorded or attend live seminars only after your purchase is complete, as such, they CANNOT be canceled. Cancellations made before the event incur 100% of the event charge. The participant CANNOT ask for a refund for a purchased seminar even if they have valid excuses. The participant has the right to use the purchased balance in other seminars offered by DiLGEM. The participant can NOT transfer any of the rights related to seminars to a third party. If forcing reasons are required, DiLGEM has the right to change the trainer, the time, or the location of the program. Any such changes are immediately shared with the participant via the email address and phone number. If for any reason DiLGEM needs to cancel an event, delegates will be notified in writing, and event fees will be fully refunded. Terms and conditions are applicable at the time of printing and may be subject to change. It is agreed by the parties that the contents of the seminars announced on the DiLGEM website are an annex of the agreement. Upon completion and submission of the booking form, DiLGEM will reserve a place for the named client(s). For events where a fee is payable, named client(s) agrees to ensure payment will be made in full to DiLGEM as per the invoice payment terms.

The participant accepts and declares that they will keep the camera “on” during the Live Online seminar for attendance check and to prove that there is only 1 person in front of the screen. If the participant continues the training without turning on the camera, the moderator can remove them from the seminar after warning the participant 2 times. The participant cannot claim the certificate, return, balance, compensation and re-participation right related to the seminar afterwards.

 

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS

At DiLGEM, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If there is an unfortunate accident during transportation, we will gladly replace your item within 30 days from the original date of purchase. However, if your order is late due to external factors such as extreme weather conditions as mentioned above, you will be informed of the development. If you don’t receive your package after the above-mentioned time, then the BUYER has the right to ask for a cancellation, a product of the same value that can take the place of their original order, or ask the delivery to be postponed. If the BUYER asks for cancellation, the reimbursement will be sent to their account in 30 workdays.
